Processing orders
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your:

- Passport details (date of birth, gender, photo, passport number, etc.)
We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We store this information until your order is completed. We store certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.
Providing to third parties
We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data mentioned above from us.
To process orders we work together with:
- Our payment providers Mollie and Multisafepay
- The government or ministry of foreign affairs of the country for which you are applying for a visa

Advertisements
Our webshop displays advertisements. We do not publish these ourselves, but advertising agencies with whom we collaborate do so. These agencies keep track of whether you find the advertisements interesting, and use that information to only show you fun or interesting advertisements and offers in the future.
Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the parties that are necessary to provide the services mentioned above, we will not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand this in the event of a suspected crime).

We keep statistics about the use of our web shop, but this data is always anonymized.
